You pay 50% to start and the balance only when you approve the final site. If the first design preview isn't right for you, tell us within 5 business days and we refund your deposit in full.

Before you book
What do you need from me?
Your logo, bio, text and photos if you have them, plus a few examples of sites you like. If your text needs work, the Expert Site includes help structuring and polishing it. Writing everything from scratch is quoted separately.
What if I don't have testimonials or a logo yet?
No problem. The Results page works with one testimonial or none for now, and we show you how to collect more. A logo can be quoted separately.
Who owns the website?
You do: the design, content, files and your domain. We hand everything over at launch.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Where we need access to your domain or hosting, you add us as a collaborator or delegate, and you can remove us at any time.
What happens after launch?
Your site is yours either way. Monthly care covers hosting, updates, backups and small edits; without it, changes are quoted separately.
Can you work with me if I'm not in Minnesota?
Yes. Everything is online: calls, previews and reviews, in English or French.
